Hello friends today I am writing a simple blog for a item; that after using for a few days, have evaluated to be a great item and one that I would really give "thumbs up" to. I am talking about the El Perfecto 6 piece knife set. First of all the set comes in a beautiful box with handle that can also be used for gift giving. Once you open the box and remove the stand and five knives you quickly see the elegance of this set. The knife set is a nice addition to any kitchen and can help add not only elegance, but a touch of class to an otherwise drab kitchen counter-top. I used this set for several days to fully evaluate the versatility of it and can say without a doubt that it has earned its place on my kitchen counter. The set comes with the stand, 8” Chef Knife, 8” Slicing Knife, 8” Bread Knife, 5” Utility Knife, & 3.5” Paring Knife. The knives are made from 420 grade 3Cr14 stainless steel, which consists of 13% chromium & 3% carbon, and it is this construction which gives these knives their great looks and durability. The construction of the knives is wonderful, they are not overly heavy and have a nice feel to them while cutting delicate fruits and veggies as well as slicing up assorted meats.
