iwalu Organic Brain Booster

     From time to time everyone has issues where you may need a boost in your energy levels; whether physically or mentally, some of us more than others.  This is a new to me dietary supplement that I feel would be helpful due to its organic ingredients, primarily the organic ashwagandha extract.   

     Each bottle of iwalu organic brain booster contains 30 capsules and the serving size is 2 capsules which are to be taken 1 pill twice a day with food.  Personally I would use one a day to see how it affects me and then modify accordingly.  But I am not a doctor so I am not telling you how much to take and when.  I am just trying to provide you with a bit of information about a product that seems to me to be very beneficial.

 My family has been using a water filtration system for as many years as I can remember.  The market up till now has only had a couple of options with regard to brand.  As a family we have been using a water filtration system to ensure that our water is primarily clean from various things such as lead and other contaminates.  One of the other benefits of having a water filtration system is that is usually improves the quality of the taste of the water.  The biggest downside of having these devices attached to your faucet is there is usually a large decrease in water pressure.

    I always found that washing dishes has been a chore because of restricted water flow with other brands on the market, but that is not a problem now.  I also like that this system is made out of a white material that works well with almost any kitchen décor.

Sobaken Flea & Tick Collar

     Today I am writing to let you know about a new to me product.  This is a flea & tick collar for cats, by Sobaken.  There are three reasons I chose this product.
   
     One, it is made of natural materials.  I like when a company takes the time to utilize nature when considering to make a product.  There are so many unnatural products made that cause health problems and in my experience natural products reduce the chance of negative effects of a product.
   
     Two, the length of this item is great at 13 inches.  My cat even though you can't tell from the photo of him has a beefy neck.  For most cats you can put on the collar and trim the excess off.  I didn't need to do this as this is just the right size.  You usually want an inch or two extra once the collar is correctly on your cat.  You should also be able to slip a finger easily between collar and cat.
 
     The third and main reason I chose this Sobaken Flea & Tick Collar is for its 8 month protection.  8 months for a collar is a long time.  Most collars on the market only have 3 months protection.  The thing that is nice about eight month protection is that if you put it on at the beginning of spring, you are good till the winter months.  Fleas and ticks are primarily a concern in the spring till end of summer months.  I have personally never had to worry about fleas and ticks in the winter.

MySmile Teeth Whitening Kit

     Lets face it some people care about their teeth while others not to much.  We consume all kinds of items that cause stained teeth and sometimes those stains can be tough to get rid of.  Most common stain causing products are coffee, wine, and tobacco products, but there are many many products that cause those hard to get rid of stains.

     Personally I don't care to much about a dental hygiene routine.  This is just me because after all in my opinion that is what a dentist is for.  I have no problem eating a handful of Oreo cookies without milk on the day of my scheduled dental cleanings.  Dentist make a good amount of money and I believe they should earn it.

     All the photos in this blog feature my daughter Deanna and she was supper excited to hear that even after the first use some people experience up to two shades of brightness.  Our personal experience was that there was a noticeable difference but it was more about a half to a whole shade cleaner.  This should not be discouraging to anyone though because it will work differently for different people.  Some a subtle half shade difference and others more drastic two shade improvement.  As you can see from the before and after images there is not a huge difference but when you see the photo of Deanna's face without the shade card held up to her teeth you can see her teeth are really moving in the optimal direction.

     I love all the supplied that come with this MySmile Teeth Whitening Kit as well.  It comes with simple and easy picture style steps that not only tell you each step but shows you a little picture of what you should be doing.  I also like the fact that it comes with three syringes of the gel solution which gives you nine applications if using the recommended 0.5ml on each side of the mouth tray per use. (0.5ml x both sides of mouth tray = 1.0ml, and each syringe had 3.0ml of gel solution for a total of 9 applications.)  You could probably stretch it out to more if you are only looking to work on just your upper set of teeth.  It really does depend on you and your smile.  Some persons smile reveal more teeth on the upper set, while others more lower teeth are exposed during a smile, and then there are those the show both sets of teeth evenly.

     It is also nice that the LED light has a 10 minute times that beeps at the end of the application cycle so you know you are done till your next application.  The box that everything comes in is a nice bonus too because you can keep and store everything within so it will help you keep you brushing area clean and clutter free.  One other great feature I like about this kit it that is comes with the batteries for the LED light.

     If you're looking for KN95 Masks then look no further.  I got these to try out as there are so many on in the market that are just plain uncomfortable.  That is not the case with these.  The elastic is sufficient but not overly tight and is versatile enough to not only fit my big head but also my 13 year old  daughter's.  These also have a nice contour to them that gives you actual breathing room.
