     So you are on your way to your 10th grade winter concert for school. You are all dressed and ready to go out the door. You grab your purse and quickly snag a pair of earrings from your jewelry box and head out the door of the house and hop into the car that your parents are driving to take you to said winter concert. You are cruising down the road and you begin putting your earrings into your ears and when you get the the second earring your dad hits a pothole and you drop your earring. The hunt is on to find it but the lighting in the car is good enough to make out facial features or the like, but for finding a earring...good luck because it is not going to happen.

     Now the scenario just mentioned may be fictional but the reality is that interior car lighting sometimes is just not the best or brightest for the vast majority of vehicles...until now that is. With these LED Monster Interior Car Lights you can get a much brighter luminescence from your interior lights. These lights come in a convenient 2 pack package which is nice as you should change lighting in pairs for even lighting. It would however be nice if they made 6 or 8 pack packages for vehicle such as a SUV or caravan and the like or for those who would like to have some spares. My caravan has 8 interior lights so a larger than 2 pack package would be nice. A lot of vehicle have lights that come on on the lower part of the doors to illuminate the ground, there are license plate lights, and also some other lights on vehicles that could also be replaced with these LED Monster Car Lights that would help increase visibility.

     I have included a couple of photos showing and contrasting a before and after look to the my interior dome lights. In my opinion the LED Monster lights have a much brighter and purer light than the old bulbs that were originally in the my caravan. There have been many times in the past that I would put an extra bulb in my glove compartment so if one of my other bulbs blew I would have a replacement. Time and time again when the need would arise I would hunt the bulb down and find it broken and then have to go buy another on.      It is nice when a company comes out with a item that works well and is a great value.  This is a two pack of small garbage bags by FORID.  Each box contains 35, 4 gallon garbage bags.  There is also a small scented sachet packet found within.  I don't know if they use different scents but both of mine contained strawberry scented sachet packets.  This is nice because as you pull a bag out of the perforated area, the bags have the scent on them.  You can also use the packets for other areas of your home as well, such as in your dresser drawers or your gym bag.
     These 4 gallon bags are perfect for me as we reuse out kitty-litter plastic containers as small garbage containers.  The size of these bags for me are just right to give a nice snug fit so the bag don't fall back into the container.  4 gallon bags are the standard size for small garbage cans you can usually find in a department store for around a dollar.     The things I like the most is the value you get as you get two boxes of 35, so that is 70 small garbage bags.  I chose the yellow bags but there are many assorted colors available.

Leather Travel Backgammon Set

     At our home we like to have "game night", where we put away the cell phones and tablets and other electronic items and sit down as a family and play board games (Full Disclosure: we may or may not enjoy a movie while playing).  We at the time of writing this usually have a game night once every two weeks.  We are trying to get back to doing this one a week as we used to do about a year or so ago.  This is a great way to be able to socialize with individual family members and really get to know each other.

     There are four of us in the household and there are a lot of games that are made for a minimum of four people, so it is nice to be able to bring this item to your attention.  This is a Leather Travel Backgammon Set which really only needs two players to play.  This is nice and small and doesn't have tons of pieces so it is easy to set up and also put away when done playing.
     The thing that is really nice is that the portability of this item is great to be able to take on the road and also share when you visit friends or relatives.  Although it is not required as a reader of this blog I would encourage everyone to "unplug" and "connect" with the family and friends over a board game and have your own game night.

     This backgammon set is nice and compact and all the pieces store in the zipper pouch so you don't have to worry about losing any pieces during the travel.  The zipper pouch also is removable via three snaps, so you can utilize the full game board.  The board being made out of leather makes it so you know it will last a long time.  The classic black color of the leather is pleasing as well.  It may be hard to tell from the photos but it is black leather.  The way it was photographed is has a brownish look, but to the naked eye it is a nice deep black color.
     Unfortunately this game dosen't come with instructions, but if you watch the video review below I have included to links to learn how to play.  One is text based and the other is in video format.  I would recommend you print out directions and then you can roll them up into the game till you get familiar with how to play the game.

Hapree 48 Jar Nail Art Decoration Set

     As a man with a house full of women...my wife and two daughters, I find a common question they seem to always be asking me is "can you paint my nails"?  I guess even though I have big hands they are steady and this is just what is needed for good nail painting.  There are probably over 50 bottles of various nail polishes spread around our home and at different times they are all wonderful for helping make one of my princesses nails look pretty.

     What is really nice about this 48 jar nail decorating set is that you are not limited to using it just for nails.  You can use it for crafting and scrap-booking or even for facial decorating.  As a warning, if you are using on the face caution needs to be used to ensure you don't get anything in your eyes and end up with a eye infection.
Note:  Even though each jar is approx. 1" x 3/8" in size the items within are small and compact so there is a good amount to be able to do a set of nails at least once and maybe twice or more depending on how much is used.

These are the simple steps I took to give my daughters nails a special look:

1. Pick out the color(s) that you want
2. Pick out decorations that go with the colors chosen
3. Paint the base color
4. Use clear nail polish to add shine and give something for the glitters to stick to
5. Use a half a drop of crazy glue and glue base flower petals to nail
6. Use a half a drop of crazy glue and glue ball bead to center of flower petal.
7. Let dry
8. Show off !

     WiFi is in my opinion one of the best inventions ever created.  I know it doesn't compare to medical inventions
and the like but WiFi has clearly made it possible for people to be more interactive and on the move compared to being tied down by a coaxial cable.
     With WiFi virtually everywhere in the world you will still find dead spots or at least spots that don't have the most reliable signal to be able to use your device(s) in the manner you would like to.

 Even though I don't have complete dead spots in my home I do have some areas which the WiFi has less than optimal signal to be able to used to it full potential.  My primary internet router which I got from my internet service provider is located on the one side of my home and the signal from time to time has difficultly reaching my daughters rooms so they can stay online.  From time to time they get freeze ups during video streaming and dropped connections.
     With this dual band WiFi range extender by Maginon I was able to eliminate the weak spots in my WiFi in my daughters rooms.  Now I have overlapping coverage because this device takes the signal from my current router and amplifies it and rebroadcasts it out to fill in the weak spots in the WiFi.  The image from the back of the box gives a almost duplicate representation of how it worked for me even though my home is not multi-level.

     This device from Maginon was very easy to set up and connect to my current WiFi as it comes with easy to follow instructions.  I used my laptop to set it up and I also downloaded and used their app from Google Play (available @ the Apple Store also) as I wanted to see to be able to see if there were any benefits on my mobile device compared to my laptop and they were equally beneficial.
